The red which closely matches the colour wheel is the underexposed picture. When the picture is enlarged, there is a notable difference between the red petals and the orange centre. The red is a richer colour . It could be described as pure, intensely saturated and dark. (Taken on auto bracketing 1/2 stop)

Overexposed
The blue which closely matches the colour wheel is the underexposed picture. There is a notable difference between the bluebells in picture 1 and picture 3. The underexposed blue is the brightest, richest colour. However, it does not quite match the colour of the blue I am attaining to.
Secondary colour purple
1/90 F13 ISO400 Focal Length 105mm (underexposed)
1/60 F13 ISO400 Focal Length 105mm (normal exposure)
1/45 F13 ISO400 Focal Length 105mm (over exposed)
The purple alium which matches the purple on the colour wheel more closely is the underexposed purple.
Secondary colour orange
1/500 F8 ISO400 Focal Length 5.8mm (exposure compensation -1/3) Underexposed
1/400 F8 ISO400 Focal Length 5.8mm
1/320 F8 ISO400 Focal Length 5.8mm (exposure compensation +1/3) Overexposed
These orange poppies were taken on a very windy day whilst out with a compact camera. The underexposed photo is the closest to the colour wheel. I think the brighter orange adds impact, although there are times when the overexposed colours here would work.
Secondary colours green
1/20 F11 ISO 200 Focal Length 105mm Exposure Compensation -1/2 (underexposed)
